Information

Online Ordering -- Online orders can be placed anytime and will almost always ship within 24 hours. Orders are filled Monday-Friday (excluding holidays); orders placed on Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday are shipped on Monday.

Gifts -- Please inform the recipient to expect a package from the Rodney Yee Yoga Store! The recipient of your gift will not receive any pricing or receipts from us (they are sent to the billing address)!

Tax -- If you're shipping to a location within California, we're required to charge a tax of 8.25%.

Shipping Costs -- The Rodney Yee Yoga Store ships anywhere in the country and we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you. Ground orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Priority Mail. For faster delivery you can specify UPS 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select.

To determine the exact shipping charge of your order:

# Place your selected items in the shopping cart # Click Check Out # Complete the Shipping Information page # (Please enter a street address, since UPS does not ship to PO Boxes) # Press Continue # Subtotal, Shipping, Tax, and Total are in the upper right (At this point, you can either proceed with the order or cancel without entering any credit card info).

Transit Time -- Please allow 1-8 weekdays for Ground shipments depending where you live. Approximate delivery time is shown below on the UPS map. For a quick, guaranteed delivery date, choose UPS 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select.

Exchanges & Returns -- If a CD, DVD is defective we can exchange it for the same item only. If, for any reason, you aren't completely satisfied with your unopened purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges, less up to a 15% restocking fee. Sorry, we cannot accept returns of media items that have been opened unless they are defective. Please contact us by email or phone to arrange for any exchange or return.

If you are returning an order paid for by credit card, the Rodney YeeYoga Store will issue a refund to the credit card account used for the original purchase (upon receipt of the returned product).

To ship a product to us, carefully pack it in the original box or padded envelope, or use another in good condition. Make a copy of your receipt and place it in the box.
